I wanted to thank you for the crab stock that I purchased yesterday. I put it into a seafood potpie (see recipe link below) and it turned out wonderfully. The fresh scallops and frozen shrimp and lobster tail from your store contributed tremendously too! Please thank your chef as well for the stock and the wonderful ladies that baked the delicious bread. Everything made for a very special dinner for my family and I really appreciate it. I cannot wait to try the She Crab Soup and Chowder on Fridays.

Thanks Tom, Everything was delicious last night with plenty of servings for everybody! The most popular item was definitely the platter with the smoked salmon, shrimp and scallops. Kevin and I also thought that both of the meat dishes were very tender. The rice was full of flavor and the sauces for all of the dishes were fantastic. The variety of the seafood sides was a nice touch as well. We will be happy to serve as a reference if you need us to do so
and will recommend you to our friends. I will bring the dishes back Monday afternoon!

Just wanted to say I bought your Maryland style crab cakes yesterday and served them to my husband for dinner - they were soooo delicious! Thanks for having a great selection of seafood. Since the only meat my husband and I eat is seafood, it is nice to know there is a great place right in our own Anderson neighborhood to get delicious fresh fish. Keep up the great work! I tell everyone I know about you guys. I'll be in for some shrimp soon for a low-country boil I am putting on at my work.

The grouper was outstanding. I really love baking the fish in the salt crust. People just get the biggest kick out of seeing that method. My guests were all gathered around the counter joining in peeling the crust off and getting the meat off the bones.Very fun and the fish is so moist and tender. I heard my neighbor, Nobbi, stopped in and got the sea bass.  He grilled his and said it was also delicious. He would be a good customer to have. Thanks for all your expertise.  Your store is a gem.

Chip was pleased as the cook and did an awesome job, and the guests (even those orriginally from maine) said some of the best they have had. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and introducing me to wonderful seafood in the middle of the country. Who knew that could happen! After tasting your scallops, I can't wait to make scallops for myself. The flounder was delicious. I even had leftovers! I loved how easy it was to fix. The end product taste so much better then the time it take to create. I want to try Flounder with a dill sauce next. I am looking forward to coming in for some pork belly. I have fresh eggs that will pair with it perfectly. :) I'll drop by when I get home

Well my Sushi experiment was a success after all. I coated the Tuna in black and white sesame seeds and seared them like you suggested. Sorry the picture isn't very good I have terrible lighting in my kitchen and took the picture with my phone. Thanks for your help, everyone loved them at my house and at work. The Tuna was exceptional! Thanks again I'll definitely be back for more.

Tom, thanks for creating all those wonderful appetizers for our party yesterday. We had JUST enough food- only about a dozen biscuits leftover, and we probably should have had more shrimp! Got compliments on everything and several people mentioned having seen that nice write-up you got in the Enquirer a few weeks back.
Do you want those plastic trays back? I could drop them off the next time I am up there. Also, I am going to need some sea scallops (the big ones) for this Saturday. Should I pre-order? I'll firm up our menu and let you know.

I took the smoked salmon Friday night to a party on a house boat on the river and everyone just loved it. I told everyone where it came from, they were so glad to know they can order it from you. The plate was clean before any of the other appetizers! Thanks so much!

We loved the meals I bought yesterday! The seafood chowder was phenomenal - the shrimp was tender and sweet and just the right amount of cream. The cornbread was light and crumbly, as I like it.

Please save me a serving of the sweet potato soup next time. I will call next week to check on it.
