Cooking Demos
Sharpen up your Seafood Cooking Skills...
Join us evenings Mon- Sat 6:30 - 8:30 for a fun-filled night of cooking demonstrations and delicious food. Bring your group of eight to 20 people and let us share our favorite techniques and recipes for Maine Lobsters, Alaskan King Crab, Louisiana Shrimp, Prince Edward Island Mussels, and more.
To complete your dinner, enjoy a selection of domestic and imported cheeses, our freshly prepared sides and salads, and our signature pastries. All are prepared daily with fresh, seasonal produce.
*We ask that you make your reservations two weeks in advance.
*Cost is $25.00 per person, plus the cost of the food and beverages consumed (typically between $80.00 and $120.00 per person). We also offer lamb, beef tenderloin and pork loins. We're pretty flexible with our menu..
